We hope that you love your furniture however if your are unhappy please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange for the item to be collected and returned (please note you will be responsible for paying the courier charges) unless we delivered the itme to you in error.
All items must be in the original packaging, uninstalled or used.
Returning Damaged Items
Our furniture is well packaged and checked prior to dispatching from our showroom or warehouses. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediatley and we will arrange a replacment to be delivered and the damaged items collected at no cost to you.
We advise that you check the packaging when delivered and before signing for your goods. If there is slight damage to the packaging please write damaged packaging on the delivery note and if possible check the furniture before the driver leaves.
If there is considerable damage to the packaging you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery. We will have the item checked and if there is any damage we will send a replacement item to you as soon as possible (subject to stock availibility)
It is important that you contact us within 48 hours if the item has arrived damaged.
Missing Parts / Replacement Parts
On occasions there maybe a few screws or bolts missing, if you have any parts missing or a small replacable part that ius damaged please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange to have these parts sent out to you.
All of our furniture comes with a 12 months manufacturers warranty. Should you find a manufacturing fault with your furniture at anytime within the 12 months of purchase please contact us. The maufacturers will send someone out to look at your furniture.
